🏛 Building Safety Act 2022 — Mandatory Competency Requirement
Caretakers carrying out building safety work must evidence Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Behaviours (SKEB) under Section 156. All training and inspection records form part of the Golden Thread (s.89) and must be retained for the lifetime of the building.
